Not all visitors at (hacking) events have Telegram, so more support would be nice. I would propose connecting to a server specified in the config with a specified username. To print a sticker, I propose to run a !print command with an URL to a sticker in a /query to the bot user. This is not really user friendly compared to Telegram, but probably the best possible option with IRC. This should require some refactoring of the code to make it modular for different chat systems.
